"Call his dad, I'll go handle the blood issue," Miles' mother said after signing the documents.

"Okay, I'll do that now," Miles replied. A few minutes later, Miles' mother arrived with Mason's blood.

"Wait here, we will try our best," the doctor assured them.

"Did you call him?" She turned to Miles.

"Mmmh, there aren't any flights tonight so he is booking the earliest flight tomorrow,"

"Good, here eat something you didn't eat anything during dinner time, you will need all the strength you have to take care of Mason,"

"Mmh," Miles nodded his head.

"I'll go talk to your father," Miles' mother said after a while as she walked away. After a few minutes, she came back and then sat next to Miles.

"How long has it been? I've lost track of time did I doze off?" Miles mother asked.

"Around twelve hours I think," Miles replied his eyes still glued to the emergency room.

"That long? Didn't you sleep?"
