So strange.

The crown prince and Marianne are kept in a grandiose chamber in the palace, their clothes changes to fine garments.

The next day, they are immediately assigned as the princess's knights.

"What an easy mission," Marianne says with a smile.

The crown prince raises an eyebrow, wondering if the princess is putting on an act. "Is she really that easy, or is she just pretending?" he muses.

As they make their way to the princess's quarters, they are met with curious stares from the maids, servants, and guards. They looks the men up and down, trying to figure

out who they are and what they are doing there.

"Who are you?" An hefty boy says, his baritone deep almost sending fear to Marianne.

"We are the princess's knights," She says, trying to sound authoritative.

The guards looks at each other, clearly not convinced.
