"Not even up to 1 hour ago." In front of him the level 4 warlock named Bartholomew responded with calm. What was happening in the sky's of the undercity was the peak of combat in the kingdom currently.

Level 4 magic users were very few and would hardly fight because the damage they could cause was enormous and unnecessary. So peak of level 3 was really the only fights that could happen.

And even that was from time to time. As even peak level 3 fights were still devastating.

Liana breaking through to this level was an addition to the fighting ranks of the warlocks. This was not a welcome result for the mages.
