"You jest, I already lost once before" Ace replied. His armed was bandaged from when he was stabbed by Carlson during their previous match.

"It's unfair to compare yourself to those monsters" Darknorth shook his head and said. From what he knew carlson was currently vying to be the top talent of the waterway family. The waterway family had a sky mage in their ranks, this wasn't an easy feat.

Talents like these couldn't be comprehened by them.

"Haha, I guess you're right.....but you're stronger than me also" Ace said with humility. Darknorth was of his generation and had surpassed him, it was worth being ashamed of.
