The Fal area wasn't anything like the Tra area. It's span was at least 100 time that of the Tra area and it contained in it the most viscous beasts known to man. Even in the Tra area of the forest the guardians were at least level 3 beast, what about the Fal area?

The Higher ups didn't want to admit it, but they too were afraid of Trafalgar forest. It was a very terrifying place if not, the sacred land would have annexed it a long time ago.
