Section 315: Appears to Be but Not

The room fell silent.

Shikong looked at Shen Yue with compassion but said nothing.

Yet Shen Yue did not give up. His purpose in coming here was to solve the puzzles in his heart.

"I don't remember your past after losing my memory, but you still remember your apprentice brother called Shizhen? Did you travel all the way to Bangkok to awaken this amnesiac brother?"

As Shen Yue spoke, his gaze bore into Shikong's eyes, his heart trembling. He remembered a boy named Shizhen.

The memory was profound and as it came, he immediately doubted if he was the child from his memory.

Shizhen and Shikong should be from the same lineage given the naming convention.

Shikong appeared in Bangkok, in front of him, which seemed like a coincidence, but many coincidences were intentional - or perhaps Shikong knew him, Shen Yue.

Shikong knew that Shen Yue was his apprentice brother and thus tirelessly helped solve his problems!

But why didn't Shikong directly explain this to him?
