Thirty Eight

Avery kept calling, and I kept ignoring him.

I was torn between being unbelievably mad at him, and unbelievably mad at myself for being mad at him, and believing I had no right to be mad at him at all.

Toby and Sam however, had their minds all made up about it, and were practically planning nuclear warfare on the guy.

"Nope. We promised to stick together."

"Trust me dude, last thing I want is to see any of these cunts today," Toby grunted. At least he looked like he was dreading it about as much as I was, but Sam walked steadfastly, with determination.
