What’s going on?

"Hey, girl" Andrea greeted, waving at Emily who sat on a bench in the school's garden, then she joined her.

"Hi" Emily replied, and stuffed her mouth with a great deal of doughnuts.

"Still upset about Mrs Tyler's class?" Andrea teased. Emily shot her a strong glare, one that would have sent Andrea to her maker if looks could kill.

"If you're upset about that, then you're definitely idle" Andrea said.

"I'm not idle, that woman just doesn't like me, and it's obvious" Emily complained, and Andrea laughed.

continued.

"Like, out of all the students in class Andrea, I had to be the one she chose. Me! Me! And when I had the chance to free myself, she found out I had figured it out and dug a deeper well" Emily whined.

"Well, if she had chosen someone else in class, the guy or girl will also say the same thing you're saying now, so unfortunately, you had to carry the cross of the class".

"And don't forget this girl, your good deed will forever remain in the hearts of men" Andrea added, and burst out laughing again, as she patted the poor Emily's shoulder.

"Don't you worry, karma is coming for you" Emily said as she got up to leave.

Andrea laughed again and pulled her back to sit.

"Hey ladies..." a voice came from the side. They lifted their gaze to meet Jaden.

"Hey, Jaden" Emily said, waving.

"Jaden, what are you doing in my school?" Andrea questioned.

"Uhm... I have a message for you, and how does your friend know my name?" Jaden replied, lifting a brow as he stared at Emily.

"Uh... we talked before, remember? Emily?" Emily said, lifting a

brow in both confusion and surprise.

"No we didn't, cos I've never met you" Jaden said firmly.

"Maybe you're mistaking him for someone else, Jaden here is my cousin". Andrea explained.

But Emily wasn't willing to believe what was happening, but she also didn't want to sound crazy, being the only one that thought they had met before, but why was he acting like this?
