Ten Years Later.

Ten Years Later

In an average-looking sitting room, Mr Wellington was seated on a couch looking stressed out. His black suit jacket hung helplessly on the couch head, while he rested his head on his hands which were supported by his knees, his foot tapping the ground calmly.

Mrs Wellington walked into the sitting room, looking thinner compared to ten years ago.

She sat on a couch opposite, but quite distant from her husband’s.

“How was it?” she said, with worry written all over her face.

“Not good dear, more excuses than before. I don’t think I’m getting that job back” Wellington replied as he sighed, resting

his back on the couch.

“Don’t say that dear, we should be positive all the time” Mrs Wellington encouraged.

“The most important thing is that we are alive, so we should be grateful to God for that, where there is life, there is hope” she added.
