Lian was speechless. He didn't know what to do or say and Ding did not seem like he was ready to let him explain himself with his grip on him tightening by the second.
The doorbell sound echoed around the apartment startling Lily. She lazily got down from the couch on which she was resting and walked towards the door.
"Who is it?" She asked peeping through the peephole.
Seeing only black, she reached to her left, grabbed a gun that was on the small cabinet, hid it behind her back and slowly proceeded to open the door.
The sight before her was something she wasn't expecting. Dressed in a random t shirt and a pair of shorts, the man before her had pale almost white skin. The pair of golden eyes stared at her and she could sense the familiarity which lingered in those eyes.
"Ding? What are you doing here dressed like that?"
Lily hadn't exactly seen him dressed like this since he was ten.
