Cavern cats (4

A/N: POINT TO NOTE

Make no mistake, abilities are not the same as attributes. Abilities are simply techniques that go hand in hand with the attributes. Any cultivator can learn these techniques or abilities as long as they don't cause an internal fight with their attributes, that was why you may find a person with an ice attribute having the space ability. It is not that confusing. Even a person with space attribute can also have an ice technique. It is not weird, ok.

"He is even much better than we thought. Look at how that sword was swung, it is just an impeccable technique. This newbie guy is more than just a newbie."

"Is he even the same person that we dared to want to teach him a lesson? I don't remember him being this powerful. Where did he get his powers."

"I don't think we should be on his bad side. The guy is simply a freak. To take out that many Cavern Cats as a lone guy. He is not someone that we should be on their bad side. Unless we want our heads to roll."

"I agree with Kukuu, that guy is simply too powerful. We should be making friends with him instead of making him our enemy. Don't you guys think so?"

[ Ten minutes ]

The cultivation plane only buffed him for thirty minutes because his constitution was still weak and could not maintain the buffing for a long time. Right now, Lazy Wafula had only remained with ten minutes and then the buffing will cancel out. He will then return to being a level one, his true rank.

There were only a few Cavern Cats adept with time ability remaining on the arena. There were also a few ordinary Cavern Cats here and there but they were not as many as they were previously.

In total, there were twenty Cats which had surrounded Lazy Wafula. Their time ability was also still running though just flickering. The Cavern Cats were also running out of energy because of using their ability for a long time. As for the Cavern Cat's king, it was no where to be found. It seemed it had asked the remaining Cavern Cats to hold Lazy Wafula back so that it could escape. It didn't forget to take the kittens with it. It knew very well that when Lazy Wafula finished killing the remaining Cavern Cats, it would be next, that was why it turned to flee first while the Cavern Cats were still keeping Lazy Wafula busy.

However, Lazy Wafula on the other hand was not interested in chasing after the king because his time was running out. If he chased for that cunning thing in those caves, it may ambush him when he was at his weakest, giving him no chance to retaliate.

The Cavern Cats had tried to catch him with their ability of time but they failed. Now, what they just wanted was to just give him at least a scratch because in all that time fighting, Lazy Wafula's clothes were not even ruffled, let alone having a paw print. The Cavern Cats were so mad. They had tried everything but the guy was as slippery as an eel. Catching him had became so frustrating to them in that they had now stopped using their formation because to this guy, the formation was utterly useless.

Lazy Wafula moved, this being the last retaliation because he only have ten minutes. The Cavern Cats on the other hand growled and charged at him. Their soul absorbing method couldn't work on Lazy Wafula because that method only worked on beings which were still. They needed to tie up their target before they can latch on them and absorb them. That was why they didn't even dare to use that innate technique of theirs on him.

At this moment, Olie Nyang had completely dismantled the fetter releasing her gang. In her gang, it had only remained with a little of ten people from the previous fifty plus. Most of them had been turned to soulless bodies. This was a very huge loss for her that she didn't take it to heart, so when she finished releasing her group, she run and joined Lazy Wafula on killing the remaining Cavern Cats. How can they escape when the enemy was almost taken out?

Lazy Wafula appeared and disappeared like an apparition. When he appeared, a head of a Cavern Cat rolled. Right now their time ability was so weak in that it was almost cancelling out. This made Lazy Wafula indomitable on this battle field. His sword cut through their throats unhindered. He was merciless and didn't falter in taking their lives. He had finished paying the system's debt but he also wanted even more energy points.

Humans are unsatisfied beings after all. Even if a human is given or owned an entire planet, they will still crave for more.
