The ninety-nine-step stairs were nurtured by the Twelve Stars’ powers.

This magical-power-test staircase absorbed the magical power and turned it into a mental pressure. The higher the participants climbed up the stairs, the higher the pressure, indicating the more stable minds.

“As long as you guys can reach the fiftieth floor, it will be considered passed the first round of the test. From the fiftieth floor, there will be a crystal altar after every ten steps. Touch the crystal altar with your hand to record the names of the ones who passed the test. The Astral Tower will give a special reward for every ten steps reached.”

Pavo's clear chiming voice sounded out from the top of the stairs, like the voice of a goddess.

“You can only do the test once. If this fails, the stairs will immediately eject you out of the test. There will be no second test. The stairs will reject those who have already tried from approaching.”
