Escape

It was already mid night. Bella made Elisa sleep in her bed. Bella then went straight for the castle.

Many of the soldiers were really tired and was sleeping. The castle was huge with very high walls. Bell resolve to climb the wall. It was an Herculean task for Bella. She paused several times to catch her breath. She reached the top of the wall. She was lucky that the guards over there were sleeping.

She quietly walked over to the stairs. She found one girl guard sleeping on the stairs. She wake her up. The moment she recognize the intruder, she was about to open her mouth to call the others. Bella knocked her out in an instant by punching straight to her face.

Bella then stripped the guard's armors. She then wore that armor along with the helmet and made herself look like a guard. She then walked down the stairs. She saw many soldiers inside the castle. She took courage and walked forward towards the backside of the castle.

Many of the soldiers saw her going towards the backyard. One of the soldiers stopped her and asked her where she was going to which she replied that she was going to use the washroom.

Within no time she reached the washroom. She was thinking about her next move . While she was inside the toilet. She heard two guards entering the bath room.

One woman " I don't want to do the nightshift. My baby must be missing me so much. I want to go home."

Other woman " We can't deny the order from commander. Nobody is willing to take the night shift either. We don't have any choice either. Goddess Hestia may try to escape like she tried the last time."

Bella on hearing that came out of the toilet. Bella then washed her hands. The other girls looked at her. Bella was aware that she wasn't wearing the helmet.

Bella " Looking for a person for the guard duty?"

One woman " Yes I am. "

Other woman " Are you new here? I haven't seen you before?"

Bella " My name is Bella Valentina and I am new here. I joined just this evening. Nice to meet you."

One woman " You are young. Anyway nice to meet you. I am Stella."

Other woman " Nice to meet you too Bella. I am Robin."

Bella just simile. Bella " May be I can switch your guard duty. I just heard that you have a baby at home."

Stella " Really you will. Are sure about it?"

Bella " No problem here, you can go home and watch over the baby."

Stella " Thank you very much Bella ,you really are a life saver."

Then they parted their ways. Bella put back her helmet. Robin and Bella went to guard Hestia's door. Soon they reach Hestia's room with Robin heading the way.

It was already 2 am. Robin is sleepy. She pulled off her helmet. They were guarding the door.

Bella just make sure no one is heading there way. She then removed her helmet. Then looked at Robin.

Robin " Why you look at me like that ? And why is your..."

Before she could finish her question she got hypnotized and felt asleep. Bella helped her lay on the ground. She then dragged her to the Hestia's room without making much sound.

In her room Hestia was sleeping in her bed. Bella went up to her sleeping goddess. Bella with sign of happiness wake up Hestia. At first she didn't recognize who it was as it was complete dark. Bella then light the lamp.

Hestia's eye widened upon seeing the girl. Bella suddenly hugged her and " I missed you Kami- sama"

Hestia surprised " Bell is it really you?"

Bella tearing up (male voice) " Yes my goddess."

Hestia tearing up" I missed you too, Bell "

Hestia " What's with this girl outfit. Let me be honest with you Bell, you look damn hot."

Bella blushing " Stop teasing me Kami sama"

Hestia with a cunning smile " I think I just discovered a new hobby."

Bella " Huh"

Bella and Hestia removed Robin's armor. Bella helped Hestia to wear the armor. The armor was perfectly fit except at the breast area.

Bella and Hestia then walked out of the castle. Both of them wore the helmet so that their face is not revealed.

Most of the soldiers were sleeping. This made their way easier to the top of the walls. Going out though the castle gate is risky. But what Bella decided to do was way too risky than that.

Bell on reaching the western wall, asked Hestia to climb on her back and hold on tight on to him. Bella then pulled out his Hestia sword.

Hestia " What are we going to do Bell?"

Bella " We are going to jump from here?"

Hestia " What the hell Bell, if we jump from this height we will definitely die."

Bella " I admit that it is risky. But we have no other way. We don't have enough time either. We are going to be fine. Just believe in me."

Hestia gulped and hold on tight to Bell.

Bella " Alright Kami sama, here we go."

Bella jumped from the top of the wall. Hestia just closed her eyes and held tight to Bell. Bella on half way down the wall pierced her sword on the wall. They slide down the wall while Bella holding tight to her sword. They perfectly slowed down and stopped before they touched he ground.

Bella's hand was shaking, yet she pulled herself up and they began running to the village. Bella had already loaded the cart ( which he got from the thieves)with huge potato bags.

They were lucky that no-one came  that way. Bella then asked Hestia to get into one of the bags. She also put some potatoes in that bag for originality.

Bella then drove the cart to the outskirts of the Rakia kingdom.

It was about 4 am. Bella reached the outskirt. But there were so many carts waiting to go out. They were trapped in a long que.

The guards in the castle have recognized that Hestia is gone. They send out troops to find her. They assumed that she must be somewhere inside the castle.

Then one of the guards noticed a huge crack on the wall. Then they send their troops outside the castle in the assumption that she got helped by someone. They send sound signals to the guards in the outskirts of the kingdom.

The guards started checking every cart. Bella begin to panic. But Hestia asked her to calm down.

It was Bella 's turn now. She thought of hypnotizing them but she decided not to since there were so many of them.

Guard " Young lady what is in your cart? "

Bella " It is some fresh potatoes"

One of the guard was about to thrust his spear into a random bag and that bag happens to be the bag Hestia was hiding.

Bella " Wait, please don't thrust that spear into the bag."

Guard " huh, care to explain why?"

Bella already figured this would happen since she saw one of the guards doing it on another cart. So she had already prepared an answer for that.

Bella politely" Because if you do that, those potatoes in the bag will get cut off and will rot easily."

The guard then used the back of the spear to check the bag. He hit the bag with the back of the spear. One of the hits hit Hestia. She was about to stream. But she bite her own fingers to conceal the pain.

Bella is sweating really hard. She wanted to stop the guard. She know that if she do that all the things she had done this far would be waste.

The checking was over. They let them go since they couldn't find anything suspicious.

Bella drove the cart out of the kingdom. After reaching a safe distance she called out Hestia. She responded to her. She then untied the bag. It was already morning. The sun was already up.

Bella " Goddess are you Okay? Are you hurt?"

Hestia " I am Okay Bell, Just got a hit in the hip but still manageable."

Bella was happy that she is okay. They both hugged each other.

Hestia noticed that Bella was really tired because he was working all night.

Hestia " Bell you need to rest now. I will drive the card."

Bella" No Goddess I am really okay. I can drive."

Hestia with a smile and taking the control of the cart forcefully " Bell you know something, you sucks in lying."

Bella with a sweat drop " But Goddess "

Hestia " Just sleep next to me. If anything happens on the way I will inform you. Just take it easy for now."

Bella agreed and decided to take some rest. luckily nothing happen on the way. They both reached Orario safely.

The Hestia Familia members were happy to have them back. They were really worried about them. Bell changed to his original form in the beauty parlor. 

Hestia reported to the guild that she was saved by a young girl.
