The Eerie Encounter in the Hospital Elevator

After completing a late-night emergency shift, a doctor was getting ready to head home. As he arrived at the elevator, he noticed a female nurse waiting and decided to share the ride down. However, as the elevator descended, it didn't stop at the first floor and continued heading down. When it reached B3, the doors opened, revealing a young girl who kept her head down and asked to board the elevator.

Alarmed, the doctor swiftly closed the elevator doors, leaving the nurse puzzled. She asked, "Why didn't you let her in?" The doctor replied, "B3 is our hospital's morgue. Each deceased person in the hospital has a red ribbon tied to their right hand. She had a red ribbon on her right hand, just like the others."

The nurse, upon hearing this, slowly extended her right hand and, with a sinister smile, asked, "Is it something like this... a red ribbon?"
