"What?" I whispered.
"You killed her," Lloyd growled. "Even if you are her father -which I doubt- you won't go anywhere near here."
He grinned. "You think you can keep me away from her? I killed her because I wanted her powers but they didn't leave her once she died." He sighed. "Well, time for plan B. I'll just take her and make her do my bidding."
"Over my dead body," Lloyd snarled.
"Really? Because I doubt she'll let you die. She'll just offer herself up in your stead like last time."
I was still trembling from fear but I felt my anger starting to override that. "Do you honestly think that?" I demanded. "You think I'll do what you say? Never. If my parents couldn't get me away from Lloyd then you're stupid if you think you will. You're right. I did offer myself up as a replacement last time but you didn't hold your side of the bargain. You kidnapped the other Lloyd when you were supposed to leave him alone." I glared. "You can fight us but we have a lot of allies on our side. Do you think Gaara liked having you show up and destroy his village? Do you think the other Lloyd's family and friends loved having you take him? Because I know for a fact that they're angry. And I won't cower during the battle. I will fight with everything I have."
Lloyd looked at me proudly and kissed my cheek. Then he turned to Liam. "You heard her. We have no problem calling them here to fight you and I bet they wouldn't mind leaving their places to come and defeat you."
"So gather any army you think you have," Nya said.
"And we'll do the same because....," Harumi added.
I looked at him coldly and finished their speech, "We will fight you to the end."
Liam watched us for a minute. "If you want a war that's fine by mean." He turned to his henchmen. "Let the bitch and her son go. We have a battle to get ready for." He turned back to all of us. "Farewell for now, daughter." He and his two henchmen walked away.
I watched them until they were out of sight then I turned around and kissed Lloyd fiercely. "I'll get in contact with the people from the other worlds," I said when we broke apart.
He tensed. "Y/n, that would mean going on your own."
I shook my head and grinned. "I'll have a companion." I looked up. "Ahora puedes salir de tu escondite."
A little black dragon zoomed down from the roof of the candy store. Lloyd's eyes widened. "When did you find a dragon?"
I giggled. "I found it a couple of days ago when I was wandering around the outside of the monastery. He was only an egg but as soon as I picked him up he hatched and bit me." I held up my forefinger. The bite was healing slowly. "Apparently it marks me as his and he can speak to me through our minds. He'll only grow to the size of a German Shephard though." He was the size of a house cat now.
Lloyd held out his hand and after the dragon sniffed his hand he allowed him to pet him. "What did you name him?"
"Nightmare," I said casually.
Lloyd laughed. "He'll be Liam's nightmare that's for sure. You spoke to him in Spanish and out loud."
I nodded. "I figure it wouldn't scare you three that bad if I did that. He can open up portals for people to travel through so I won't be using traveler's tea." I smiled at Nightmare as he sniffed the others. "He'll also hold the portals open so all our allies can get through."
"I'll talk to Bentho," Nya said. "So he could bring some of his people like he did when we fought the Crystal King."
"I'll talk to the former Sons of Garmadon," Harumi said, and seeing Lloyd's eyes narrow, she added, "They were all released from jail because they changed. They have jobs and stuff now but they'll enjoy fighting with us."
"Morro could get some help from the other ghosts, right?" I asked.
She nodded. "He might my human now but he can still talk to them and ask for help."
Nya texte someone. "I just told Cole to talk to Vania and get ready to fight. Cole will tell the others there will be a war breaking out between us and Liam's people."
Harumi texted someone. "Skylar will get all the other elemental masters together," she said. Nya nad Harumi ran off to do what they needed to.
Lloyd turned to me. "Y/n..."
I kissed him. "I'll be fine. Nightmare won't let anyone hurt me."
He ran his fingers through his hair. I could tell he really didn't want me to go. "I don't want you out of my sight," he murmured as he wrapped his arms around me.
"I know, love. But I have to. There's a reason people say 'Strength in numbers' Lloyd."
He nuzzled me. "I know that."
"You're going to be the leader in this so..."
"No," he said firmly looking at me in the eyes. "You and I will lead everyone. We're going to get married someday, Y/n. We do things together."
I smiled. "Okay." I felt my eyes fill with tears and I quickly wiped them away. "Damn. I didn't want this to be an emotional goodbye."
He kissed me briefly and stepped back. "It's not a goodbye. Not really. You'll be back soon."
I chuckled. "True."
"I love you, Y/n."
I raised an eyebrow. "I should let that hang there like you did to me but I'm not as mean as you."
Lloyd raised an eyebrow. "Mean?"
I giggled. "I love you too." It turned to Nightmare. "Can you open a portal to Suna?"
Yes, Nightmare said.
"Then we better go." I turned back to Lloyd and kissed him. "I'll be back, I promise," I said softly.
He nodded. "Good."
When I turned back around Nightmare was sitting by a portal. Let's go.
Yes, I replied and went through the portal. Then the world went dark.
