Quagliarella was sent back to Torino as soon as his loan expired, with Fiorentina having absolutely no intention of renewing it.

This guy plays too much alone, always outside the tactical system. His teammates don't have a good relationship with him, don't usually talk much and certainly don't want to pass him the ball.

In the parallel world, Quagliarella had a very rough start to his career. He first played in the lower leagues for a few years, then after getting established in Serie A, he was caught up in rumors of pedophilia and was blackmailed by his late friend. Eventually the culprits are arrested and he is cleared of his wrongdoings, but he is no longer young.

Now Quagliarella was beginning to have self-doubt. A lot of people said he was a genius, and he had always thought so, but compared to Arthur, he was clearly a far cry.

He doesn't feel like a genius now, he couldn't score as many goals as Arthur in C2, how is he going to be a star in Serie A in the future?

Taking a bit of a beating has been good for him, letting go of his genius baggage so he can play better with his teammates. He has also realized the lack of skill and has begun to work on his body and improve his confrontation skills.

With one striker gone, Fiorentina's forward line is not short of rotation. Alessandro Tucchetta, Felice Evacuo two 20 year old strikers trained very hard and fought hard when they came on the pitch.

At first they would laugh at Arthur's fancy socks and shoes. Now that Arthur is wearing pink wrist guards again, they can't laugh at all and are rolled up.

In a lower league like C2, which lacks technical and tactical content and focuses a lot on physical confrontation, Arthur is a goal-scoring machine. A striker with average body and practicing mainly technique would have to be a support, pulling away the opponent's release line.

Fiorentina won two more league games against weak opponents and the game was never in doubt.

Arthur was at it again at home against Telnana, scoring four goals in a four-goal thriller and creating a penalty kick to lead his team to a 7-1 drubbing.

Ternana's tall center back is injured, the main defense of Arthur's center back is only 178 c. And they are still playing a 352 formation, a single defense of Arthur is purely looking for death.

Arthur's four goals were all headers, making him the king of the box. He and Rigano also had a great header to connect with a worldie, Rigano's header was swung in and Arthur lunged forward in the middle of the pitch to fishtail a long range header.

His maneuver was close enough to a torpedo punch that only a super slugger would dare to attempt it.

The team's penalties continued to be taken by Rigano, and the team was convinced of Arthur. He is so confident that his goal is the top scorer yet he takes the penalty with impunity.

With 15 goals in 10 league games, the Fiorentina media says he's a lock for top scorer. And with his cup performances as eye-catching as they are, his final total for the season is likely to be above 50 goals.

Even in League C2, Arthur's goal scoring efficiency was horrendous. Fans had a great time watching him, just a little worried that he might get injured if he was too aggressive on the ball.

He was so much like Batistuta and never feared physical confrontation. He seemed to have a better bounce height than Batty when fighting for the top, lost his balance many times and fell to the ground, got up and kept kicking.

Every game Arthur is brought down a couple of times, kicking opposing defenders sharply from time to time. Against Ternana he was brought down seven times, and the time a penalty was awarded was still a backheel, with the referee showing a red card to the defender.

The fans were sweating for Arthur, but luckily he was fine and just sat on the ground for a while to slow down.

In fact, Arthur did not have any trouble, a little pain is just, sit on the ground for a while is to let the referee severely punish the opponent. The tiger and wolf body is amazingly effective, opponents want to shovel hurt him too difficult, can not shovel legs, have to kick the body vitals to work.

And a shovel in front of him he can see and dodge to protect himself, to put him down you have to sneak in from the side and behind, which is a dangerous move that is easy to get a card for.

Rigano was now the man to support Arthur, heading the ball outside the box and giving the middle of the pitch away inside the box as well, shielding the ball with his back on one side to act as a pivot and look for a shot.

He was so impressed, he felt that if he had kicked like Arthur one he would have been injured long ago and wouldn't have lasted.

On October 28, the third round of the Coppa Italia kicked off.

There are Serie A teams competing in this round now, as Fiorentina travels to 13th-ranked Atalanta.

Keeping a clean sheet since becoming a pro, Arthur is a bit bloated and not at all afraid of just being excited to play against a Serie A team. If he blew out a Serie A team, he might have been red immediately.

Unfortunately, the result was too different from what he wanted, as Fiorentina was pressed for the whole match and lost 0-5.

Arthur had never been so helpless, not a decent shot on goal all game, losing without any temper. He recognized a problem, the C2 champions were only a C2 team, and the gap between them and the Serie A teams was too big.

When he got home, he went online to find someone to talk to and Steve Hood happened to be online.

Steve said, "It's so normal for you to lose, the team is three divisions off. To be honest, I'm surprised that you can score so many goals in the league and the cup. How did you feel against Atlanta's defenders? Is there still an advantage?"

"I don't feel like I have much of an advantage anymore." Arthur said truthfully, his opponent sticking to him like a bullseye.

Just comparing strength he can knock over his opponents, but the game of soccer is not just about confrontation. This is a game where he can't even catch the ball well, and when he does catch it, he gets stuck and can't turn around well.

Steve said enviously, "Be content, you have a physical advantage against anyone in Serie A. I've always been at a disadvantage in the Premier League. I've only made two substitute appearances in the league and the opposition is too rough."

Arthur didn't want to strike his best friend, and the C2's were rough, but brother wasn't afraid!

The main reason Arthur couldn't threaten the Atlanta goal wasn't himself, it was his teammates who couldn't. The teammates are tired of running around in the backfield to clear the ball, and the midfield can't make a few passes before they miss the ball. The side players can't break through, there is no quality pass, Arthur's advantage of the top can't be realized.

He was the only one with an advantage on the whole team, Rigano was robbed a couple of times and was substituted after playing 60 minutes without touching the ball a couple of times.

Arthur was a bit depressed. "I'm still not strong enough, and even if my individual ability improves, I still have to have good teammates to work with. With the current group, I can be abused and cry when I get to Serie A."

Atlanta didn't seem to have anyone with particularly impressive footwork, but the passing was quick and well coordinated. Even if Arthur had the eyes of an eagle to see the other team's passing set, he couldn't get up to the ball to break it up.

Steve laughed, "Football is a team sport, one's ability is limited even if one is strong, if you want to win, you have to have a good teamwork. If the opponent is weak, you can win by playing a simple game, and if you play against a strong team, you have to be good in all positions."

Parallel World After being promoted to Serie A, the Fiorentina team underwent a major bloodbath, with all new strongmen except for a couple of Serie B cores who stayed with the team. Even after doing so, they ended up in 17th place, and the three teams were thrilled to be relegated with 42 points.

Atalanta doesn't look very good in Serie A, but has had a 1-1 draw against Inter Milan. They were too dominant against a C2 team and won easily without fielding all their starters.

By this time, Arthur had made a decision.

He'll play a maximum of three seasons at Fiorentina, and when the team returns to Serie A he'll have to fight for a move to play for the giants and will have to be partnered with a midfield star.

It's a terrible feeling to be isolated when your teammates aren't strong. One game was hard for him, what would it be like to play on an average team for years? He didn't want that kind of career.
