HWANG FROST– no, Hwang Yejun.
That was the first thing that entered Wonhee's mind while looking at the frosty surroundings outside.
The view wouldn't have been scary if not for two things.
First, it was supposed to be summer.
Second, a normal winter wouldn't freeze buildings.
"Wony Noona?"
Hmm?
Wonhee turned around, then smiled when she saw Ahyeon running towards her while holding a strange red blanket. "Hi, Ahyeonnie."
"Noona…" Ahyeon said while standing in front of Wonhee and wrapping her in the red blanket that looked like it was made of crocodile skin. "I'm so glad you're finally awake. We were so worried about you, Noona."
"Thank you, and I'm sorry for making you worry," Wonhee said. "Ahyeon-ah, I have so many questions. But, first, how long was I out?"
"Oh, you've been sleeping for two days, Noona."
"Has it been snowing for the last two days then?"
"Uhm, yes, but…"
"It's Hwang Yejun, isn't it?"
"Hwang Yejun
"Ah, I'm talking about Hwang Frost."
Ahyeon gasped, his eyes widening a bit. "How did you know that it was Hwang Frost-nim, Noona?"
"Well, I think he's the only Hunter who could freeze Seoul."
"That's true," Ahyeon said, nodding. "Fortunately, Hwang Frost-nim has only frozen half of Seoul. He destroyed the APA Headquarters and froze the entire thing."
Wonhee gulped hard.
Soobin's ancestral house was in the richest district in Seoul– so were the APA Headquarters and most of the government-owned properties.
In short…
"Those buildings that Hwang Yejun froze…"
"One is the APA Housing Complex."
It was the apartment building for Awakened People working in all branches of the government.
The top floors belonged to APA's A-Class and S-Class Hunters and Guides.
"The other buildings that Hwang Frost-nim froze are also apartment buildings where most high-ranking government officials live," Ahyeon continued with his explanation. "Then Hwang Frost-nim froze all of President Kwon's properties."
"I'm glad to hear that President Kwon is suffering, but I hope no civilians were hurt…"
"Hwang Frost gave people time to evacuate, so no one is hurt," Ahyeon assured him. "But, of course, the damages it caused is astronomical, to say the least."
Wonhee nodded, then she let out a sigh. "Is Hwang Yejun still in berserk mode?"
"He's sober, Wony Noona."
"What?"
Hunters like Hwang Yejun had described their state before going into a berserk mode as similar to being drunk. Hence, when these types of Hunters weren't running on a rampage, people would say that they were "sober."
"Hwang Frost-nim is fighting with a clear mind, so that's why the other members of the Big 4 can't restrain him yet," Ahyeon said nervously. "And, Noona…"
"What? You're making me nervous, Ahyeonnie."
"Actually, Noona…"
"Yes?"
"Hwang Frost-nim is demanding that we bring you to him," Ahyeon said hesitantly. "Yeon Soobin-nim and Jang Semi-nim are fighting the government to keep you safe here."
Wonhee gasped after hearing that. "If I can tell that Hwang Yejun is the one behind this as soon as I wake up, then I'm pretty sure the entire country knows about it. Do they also know that Hwang Yejun is asking for me?"
"Y-Yes, Noona. It's on the news," he explained. "People don't know yet that you're Yeon Soobin-nim and Jang Semi-nim's younger sister, though. The media just made it look like Yeon Soobin-nim and Jang Semi-nim are antagonizing the government for some personal reasons."
"And my older siblings still refuse to cooperate?"
"T-That's right, Noona."
She let out a sigh.
[That means my older siblings are getting heavily criticized by the public at the moment.]
"This won't do," Wonhee said while removing the blankets wrapped around her body. "Bring me to my siblings, Ahyeonnie."

PFFT.
Hwang Yejun, who was standing on top of the remaining building intact in APA Headquarters, smiled while watching Graham slowly turn into an ice statue after losing to him.
For the nth time.
He couldn't remember how many times Graham had already attacked him. It didn't matter, though.
After all, the result never changed: Yejun won, Graham lost.
Again and again.
"And Graham is supposed to be the strongest S-Class Hunter now? Korea is doomed, I'm telling you," Yejun whispered to himself while shaking his head. Then he looked up at smiled at the drone "discreetly" watching his every move. "Hey, if you don't bring Chu Wonhee here tonight, I'm going to freeze the entirety of Seoul– and I don't care if people freeze to death."
