Haruto stood in awe, as he watched his mentor and hero, Saitama, standing before the enigmatic Crablante. The idea to create a series on the life of Saitama had struck him like a bolt of lightning. It had been a year since the release of the One Punch Man manga in the real world, and now, Haruto was witnessing a scene straight out of the manga. He couldn't believe his luck.
[Time Reverse And Time Freeze: Activated]
With the idea to create a series on the life of Saitama, With a playful smile, Haruto reversed time and froze it, setting up cameras at various angles while remaining in stealth mode.
When he said "Action" the time resumed, and a terrified citizen nearby couldn't contain their fear on seeing Crablante, exclaiming, "Ahhhhhhhhh, That thing's gross! Let's get out of here!"
Crablante, unfazed by the commotion, let out a strange gurgling sound when he met Saitama, "Huuuuuh? Shouldn't you be running? Gurgleblorble!" he laughed in his bizarre crab-like manner.
Saitama sighed, looking unimpressed by the crab monster. "You know," he muttered, "I'm not in the mood for this."
Crablante, oblivious to Saitama's indifference, continued, "I transformed into Crablante after eating too much crab. I'm surprised you don't want to flee. Gurgleblorble! Are you a new salaryman bored with company life?"
Saitama shook his head. "You've got it all wrong. I'm not a salaryman. I'm unemployed and just had a disastrous job interview. Honestly, I don't care about much right now. So, what are you going to do if I don't run?"
Crablante's eyes gleamed with intrigue. "Gurgleblorble! It's as if your eyes have no life left in them. Out of sympathy, I'll let you go."
Then, Crablante's tone shifted to anger. "Besides, I'm hunting another prey right now. Some brat with a cleft chin drew these nipples on my chest. I'm going to rip him limb from limb. Gurrrglebablorple!" he cackled manically and went away to his own path.
Haruto stood nearby, sweating profusely as he continued filming. Being a cameraman was tough, and he hadn't realized how dangerous it could be until he witnessed these encounters up close. He finally cut the shot, watching as Saitama walked away.
Determined to talk to Saitama, Haruto hurriedly went to buy a drink. He shouted towards the departing figure, "Hey, you in the suit!" Saitama didn't respond. Haruto tried again, "Hey, you in the suit with a suitcase!" Still, no response. He raised his voice, "What's this sale pamphlet?" Saitama suddenly halted, turned around, and approached Haruto, curious.
As Haruto concealed an evil chuckle in his thoughts, he replied, "Here." With passion, Saitama inquired, "Waoh, that's a big Sale. It's on Saturday?" Haruto handed him an energy drink and began the conversation.
Haruto: "That was pretty dangerous with Crablante, don't you think?"
Saitama: "Wasn't for me. I'm an unemployed nobody, and today I failed an interview miserably. I was thinking if this Crablante kills a nobody like me, my miserable life would finally be over."
Haruto grew emotional, reaching out to Saitama. "Hey, hey, hey, man. You're not a nobody. You're somebody. You see, I've struggled in my life with money too. Sometimes, I only had 120 yen in my pocket for a day. But I didn't lose hope because I knew I could do what I wanted."
Saitama's spirits lifted, and he grinned. "That really cheered me up. Cheers!"
Haruto extended his hand. "Cheers!, By the way, I'm Haruto."
Saitama shook it warmly. "I'm Saitama."
The sun hung low in the sky as Haruto and Saitama strolled through the park. The chirping of birds and the laughter of children at play created a peaceful backdrop to their conversation.
Saitama took a sip of the energy drink Haruto had given him and let out a satisfied sigh. "Thanks for the drink, Haruto. It's been a while since someone cheered me up."
Haruto smiled, his eyes filled with curiosity. "So, Saitama, what brings you to this part of town? I mean, besides the crab monsters and all that."
Saitama scratched his head, looking somewhat sheepish. "Well, I was just wandering around, trying to take my mind off things. I didn't expect to run into a giant crab monster today, that's for sure."
Haruto chuckled. "Yeah, it's not every day you come face to face with a crab monster. But you know, Saitama, there's more to life than just monsters and job interviews."
Saitama raised an eyebrow. "Is there?"
Haruto nodded emphatically. "Absolutely! Life is full of surprises, and you never know what's around the corner. Who knows, maybe something amazing is waiting for you just beyond the horizon."
Saitama gazed into the distance, his eyes filled with a hint of hope. "You might be right, Haruto. Maybe I've been too focused on the negative lately."
Haruto clapped Saitama on the back. "That's the spirit! And if you ever need someone to talk to or just hang out with, you can count on me."
As they continued their leisurely walk, Saitama and Haruto spotted the child with a really big cleft chin. The child seemed to be engrossed in a game of catch with his friends.
Saitama and Haruto exchanged a glance, both thinking, "Ehhhhhhhhhh?" It was a strange coincidence that the child with the cleft chin had crossed their paths.
Haruto couldn't help but voice his thoughts. "Saitama, do you think there's something special about that kid with the cleft chin? I mean, what are the odds of running into him twice in one day?"
Saitama shrugged. "Who knows, Haruto? Life is full of mysteries. Maybe it's just a weird coincidence."
Haruto grinned mischievously. "Or maybe it's a sign, Saitama. A sign that there's something extraordinary in store for us."
Saitama laughed, a genuine and hearty laugh that seemed to wash away his earlier troubles. "You might be onto something, Haruto. Let's keep an eye on that kid and see what happens."
Their journey together was just beginning, and little did they know the adventures and challenges that lay ahead. In a world where heroes and monsters coexisted, their friendship and the unexpected connections they would make were bound to change their lives forever.
