"It paints a bad picture if you think of it that way," Sienna said so quietly that it sounded like she was talking to herself.
Sienna not denying his assumption of her liking Caius made Lemiel's eyes narrow darkly. He was expecting her to refute his words, but to his disappointment, that didn't come.
"What is there not to like about Lord Caius?" she questioned rhetorically. "He is kind and gentle. He cares for people even when they are servants. He has such an amiable character any woman would like."
In almost a month of staying in Von Amstel estate, so far, Sienna had only seen the good side of Caius. He was often silent and serious, but she could see how he showed his care for his family in his own little ways, especially towards his daughter, Blair.
