I don't want any trouble

“Why did you say that?” Tiles glared at Anurak.

“What did I say?” He rolled his eyes at Tiles and continued packing his fishcakes.

Not knowing what to do, Tiles started pacing, making Anurak wonder where his courage went.

“If you are this scared of her, just leave before she arrives.” He advised once Tiles' pacing started getting to him.

“It will even worsen it.”

“If you are this scared of her, why let me call her in the first place?”

“Because I thought she was cheating for real.”

“Oh. Well, she is not.” Anurak chuckled. Tiles' situation reminded him of a similar incident he had with Sophea. It took weeks of effort to resolve it back then. Just as he became light-hearted from the memory, his heart almost instantly sank. Sophea was cheating on him for real this time around, and he was scared she wouldn't care that he found out.
