"I know, but I'm the one who is in charge here, and she told me that I have direct control of it!" retorted the silk-haired man, standing behind his mandate.

"I told you countless times, I will take obligation for her," not to be outdone and continue to convince Heilan, Renxian did not want Kirisu to be expelled a second time. "I assure you she will be fine here! Look, he saves this village, something that Yaomo will never do!"

"Who knows, maybe she did that to manipulate us into believing she is on our side," the captain furrowed his brows. "You know we can't trust the Yaomo, they are tricksters!"

"Which is why I'm here to make sure that she's under control," Renxian responded, trying to continue defending Kirisu. "I'm willing to accept the consequences if she makes trouble!"
