This is a story based on true events,

Of people and places, of joy and lament,

A tale of life, with twists and turns,

And the lessons learnt as our fire burns.

It begins with a boy, young and free,

His dreams were big, his heart's full of glee,

But life had other plans, as it often does,

And soon he found himself surrounded by fuss.

The journey was tough, the road was long,

But he persevered, with courage strong,

He stumbled and fell, but got up again,

With determination to reach the end.

As he travelled, he met many souls,

Some lifted him up, some took their tolls,

Each had a lesson, a story in itself,

A glimpse into his experience, and all its wealth.

Through the ups and downs, he never lost sight,

Of the pathway he had chosen.

Though the road was rocky and the tour was hard,

He kept moving forward, with a steady heart.

The expedition of life isn't over,

So, we can't assure his victory.

But with all those scars he got so far,

He may emerge victorious beyond the bar.

This would be a little part of his life,

But it had taught me to be glorious,

Because this cruise of life is a gift.

And every moment counts, as our spirits lift.
