Ken stared at the car key with BMW written on it that Ardy thrust into his hand. "One car and I'm asked to let go of the best woman who accepts me for who I am? Gosh ... I could even buy a whole car factory if I wanted to," Ken thought with a laugh.
Seeing Ken laugh, Ardy immediately grinned slyly. "The BMW must be your dream car, right? Even if you work as a cleaning service for a hundred years, you might not be able to buy a BMW. Right? So, let's take the keys to this car."
Ken immediately made a sour face. "Not interested."
Ardy and his friends were shocked to hear Ken's answer. "Heh! This is a BMW car, why did you refuse? Oh... I know. You probably think it's a used BMW that's old, right? No. This is the latest type of BMW that I'll give you if you break up with Lidya right now. How about it?"
"Maybe he doesn't know BMW cars, times. Maybe she doesn't know about BMWs," said Heri from behind. "He's just a cleaning service, all he knows is angkot cars, hahahah."
"Heh, cleaning service! BMW cars are expensive cars, you know, especially the latest type, you know!" Ardy said.
Ken held the handle of his mop and said. "I told you that I don't want it. Are you guys dumb?"
Ardy immediately growled. He approached Ken with a glare. "You dare to call me names, huh?"
"Hit Ardy. Hit him, let him know," said Haras.
"Just hit him. I'll close the door. Let no one come here." Heri rushed to the door to close it so that if Ken was beaten, no one would know.
"Beat him up, Ardy, just like you beat up Asep when we were in high school," Alex added.
Alex, Heri, Haras and Ardy were all in the same genk in high school. The four of them always bullied the weaker students with Ardy being the most notorious, so much so that he once made several students have to live like hell because he continued to persecute them.
When Ardy graduated from high school, he didn't do well in college, so his family moved to America. When Ardy had been in America for a few years, Alex, Haras and Heri, who had just graduated from college, asked Ardy to recommend them to Ardy's father's company and Ardy immediately graduated them.
Therefore, as soon as Ardy came back from America and worked at his father's company, the bully gang that was famous in their high school days, formed again and their first target was Ken.
Ardy nodded and he looked down on Ken because he was sure that he would be able to finish him off. When he was in America, Ardy had joined a gym that was famous for producing MMA and UFC champions (fights between different martial arts disciplines) so he was confident that he would be able to finish Ken.
Ardy approached Ken with his hands clenched into fists as he looked at Ken menacingly. "Take off your mop stick. Let's decide here who deserves to get close to Lidya."
Ken shook his head. "I won't fight."
"Why, huh? You dare to compete with me for Lidya, so you should be ready to face me." Ardy growled. "You're lucky, because you met me when we were adults. If you were still in high school, I would have kicked your ass right away without giving you any warning."
"I still can't fight with you," Ken said coldly.
"Why, huh?! Tell me your reason!" Ardy snapped.
"If I fight you and beat you up. I'll be fired. Right?"
Hearing Ken's words, Ardy and his friends burst out laughing. Ardy was so proud, he was sure he would be able to beat Ken.
Meanwhile, Ardy's friends couldn't imagine that Ken would be able to beat up Ardy, so they all laughed at Ken. Heri even cracked up at Ken's words.
Ardy, who was very arrogant, struggled to stop his laughter before he finally said, "I won't fire you. Whatever the outcome of our fight will be. Take my word for it. They are the witnesses." Ardy pointed at Haras, Alex and Heri.
"No. You only promised in front of your friends and that's not strong enough. You have to promise in the office WA group and also promise in front of the cafeteria, seen by many people, then I believe you."
"Okay. I'll announce it right away," Ardy picked up his cell phone and started making an announcement.
"One more."
"What else?" asked Ardy impatiently.
"I have a lot of work today. So, it's better to have our fight tomorrow during lunchtime."
"Heh! So many excuses. Just say you're scared," Ardy snapped.
Heri immediately whispered to Ardy. "That's right, Ar. It's better if you fight him tomorrow, so many people can see. People are already busy now. Especially if you make an announcement in the office WA group, it will definitely be a big hit. Many will be curious and want to see you beat him up. That's right."
"That's right, Ardy. If he gets beaten up in front of a lot of people, it doesn't necessarily mean that Lidya still likes him. Right," Haras added.
Ardy nodded his head. "You guys are right. Okay. Then tomorrow I'll finish this cleaning service, right now, you spread the news of my fight with him, so that tomorrow afternoon, there will be many people who will witness me finishing him off." Ardy pointed at Ken.
"That's done. Tomorrow, Lidya will be crying, after that, she'll think you're great and accept your love," Alex said.
Ardy still had time to point again at Ken. He gave Ken a threatening look, after which, he and his friends immediately left.
Ken went back to mopping the floor. He went back to his work and didn't seem bothered by Ardy's arrival and threat.

An hour later, while Ken was still cleaning the 10th floor, Lukman suddenly poked Ken from behind and said, "someone is looking for you."
Ken turned his body around and immediately saw Lidya behind Ken who was now staring at Ken. Ken immediately knew that Lidya was the one Lukman was referring to, especially when Lukman immediately left this place so that only Ken and Lidya were here.
"Is it true what I heard?" asked Lidya as she continued to stare at Ken.
"About what?"
"Is it true that you're going to fight with Ardy tomorrow over me?"
"Actually, there are no words about fighting over you because you are your own. If I lose, I have no right to hand you over to Ardy or to anyone else. To me, this is just a normal fight. Ardy did challenge me to a duel earlier and I responded."
"Can you win against him? Can you shut that arrogant mouth of his?"
"I can do it, Lidya," Ken assured.
"I believe in you. Then make this a battle for me, like they say. Win me," Lidya concluded.
