Betrayed and casted aside by his own family, Greg’s perfectly aligned life morphs into a literal joke. Greg had lost all hope and was about to give up the ghost after one unfortunate circumstance, when heaven finally danced in his favor and a hand stretched out to him— in his long, lost relative who showed up from the blues and completely turned his life around.

“You’re no longer the pathetic son-in-law, Greg. You’d now be known as Shadows, King of the night and ruler of the world. Everyone would either bow at your feet or be sent six feet under!”

Greg’s time is finally here. Alas, he’s on top of the world, and this time, he’d stop at nothing till every single person who had wronged him, is bowing at his feet.

Kieran and Isabella soon left the room leaving Greg to his thoughts as he started to think of how his new life was about to change.

He looked at his watch to see that it was four o'clock and he had done enough work with the help of Victor.

The extra work would have taken him a whole day and the accountant had done that in less than a few hours.

He got to his feet and started out of the office as he found his way to the garage.

There he found Ruth and Hank playing a board game in the car.

"Hey," he knocked on the driver's window as they both scattered the game they were playing to get out of the car and open his door. "You all can relax. I'm not going to do anything to you."

"You showed up early sir." Hank said getting into the driver's seat with Ruth in the passenger's seat. "How was work?"
