She was not buying into his story as she had already concluded that he was not someone to trust.
"You still lied to me," she gritted her teeth. "You don't deserve to be in the same room with me. Not after what you've done."
"Are you even listening to me?"
"Why should I? You should have told me what the box did and why you needed my help."
A knock came on the door as the demon opened the door to see them both arguing without caring about him.
"And what good would that do? Besides, if I had told you about the box being a demonic artifact, would you have worked for me?"
"No! And that's the point. You tell me everything and not hide anything. I remember telling you that we were supposed to be partners on this. You agreed to be my partner and now you're lying. You are a liar!"
