Adam's delighted exclamation made Moira flinch and put Lone Blaze in a daze. His emotion and joy were genuine since he didn't see Moira as a living being, in his eyes she was the Crimson Monarch's gift to him.
Was Moira satisfied with this treatment?
She, herself, had no answer to that question. She didn't plan on becoming enemies with Adam, it was already too late to take the other side, and that part of their history was over at Kyros's death.
But, she certainly wouldn't want Adam to try to build the same kind of bond she had with the Crimson Monarch.
It wasn't that Adam killed her partner, no, she as a creature from the monster world took it smoothly.
Adam was stronger and defeated the Crimson Monarch in a fair fight, leaving only a slight smile on his face, not hatred or anger. For that, Moira was grateful.
