Presley took us all to a room much like the one the Bleeder was kept in. The room was smaller than the
Bleeder's had been, and didn't have a cage. While I entered, the guys stayed in the observation room.
I felt so numb inside and so tired. I hadn't been able to leave Natalie's room after I had closed her door behind me; therefore, I hadn't eaten anything in hours. I couldn't even think about food—not when she was gone, especially not when I'd ultimately been the one to take her life.
