Her body trembled uncontrollably, and she stopped struggling, gritting her teeth and said, "Is this why you tricked me into coming here?"
Her voice was shrill and ironic, causing a sharp pain in Ryan Gregory's chest.
He stopped, hovering over her, his breath heavy as though he was forcefully suppressing something.
The atmosphere suddenly cooled and quieted down.
It was so quiet that only their panting and heartbeats could be heard…
As Ryan's emotions cooled, he realized what he had done in his fiery rage.
What was he doing?
Seeing marks left by another man on her body, he had lost control, driven mad by jealousy!!
Yet, Ryan Gregory, after all these years, by what right did you demand her to remain faithful to you?
She was already Arthur Baker's fiancee; it should have occurred to you that Baker wasn't a celibate monk, so how could nothing have happened between them?
But when he saw those marks, he still lost control.
He admitted he was insanely jealous!
