I was staring at the bandaid on my hand. We were all back to the class though the lunch was still ongoing.
"Looks like someone cares a lot about you," Kylie said appearing beside my desk.
How could I explain to her that it was just because I helped Elliana that Arken helped me.
I was about to say something when Chase showed up out of nowhere.
"Lysha are you okay? Did you get hurt?"
"I am fine, Chase. It wasn't that big of a deal," I shook my head.
"It was a big deal!" Now Elliana was the one to show up. Why did everyone keep appearing like they ghosts? "You got hurt just because of me! I am really really sorry, it's all my fault. I should've stood up for myself."
"Ellie, it's okay, we're friends right so what could I've done but not stand up for you?" I smiled.
Kylie and Chase looked at me disbelieving my words. Right, Lysha Evor would've never said that.
"We're...friends?" Elliana asked, her voice cracking.
"Of course we are! Ain't that right guys?" I asked Kylie and Chase and they were still in shock.
"Uh, yeah!" Chase marvelled. "Welcome to our friend group Elliana!"
"T-thank you so much!" Elliana smiled, her face had brighten up so much that it reminded me of the times Arken cared for her in the novel. She smiled just like that I imagined.
I smiled back. Befriending Elliana, done.

I was standing in front of the school's music club, fidgeting with my fingers. No, why am I nervous? This was what I ment to do since I was a five. It'll all be fine.
I knocked on the door as a guy opened the door. I just knew who he was! Edgar Shyre. The second male lead of the novel. Right, how could I have forgotten about him.
I always felt bad for him though. He really did love Elliana with all his heart. But a story's a story.
"Hey, you're Lysha Evor, right?" he asked. "I got your application, come in."
"Thank you," I smiled. I stepped in after him as I noticed all other students who wnted to get into that club.
"Take a seat," Edgar said.
Edgar Shyre was the Music Club's Vice President. His voice was stunning like someone had poured honey in your ears. That warm feeling of hearing him sing was one of my dreams! If I get into the club, I'd get a chance to hear his songs mentioned in the novel. That'll be so cool!
I waited patiently until it was my turn to audition.
I went inside the glass door which led to the music room. The hall was filled all different kinds of instruments one could imagine.
At the corner, there was a desk where sat a girl with purple hair. That was probably Aisha Bryre. The President of the Music Club. She was forced to let Lysha Evor join the club. Power or whatever they call it was something I couldn't get one bit.
"You're name?" Aisha asked.
"Lysha," I said, "Lysha Evor."
Aisha raised an eyebrow. "You don't say..."
I smiled awkwardly. "Something wrong?"
"No...nevermind. What're you gonna sing?"
"One of my songs."
"You write?"
"Yeah! That's what I do most of the time," I said cheerfully.
Aisha nodded. And I thought that, that was the signal for me to start as I closed my eyes.
I sang the song that I had written when I was scolded by my parents regarding the music club, the night when everything changed.
🎶Looks like the moon, or does it rreally
🎶Me singing, no, that's just imagining.
🎶All I know is if I may ay ay decide to stayyy!
🎶All I know is if I cry y y to myseeeelf!
🎶What is it gonna do now?
🎶What is it gonna do?
🎶Does anyone notice?
🎶D-does anyone notice?
🎶My Darkness
I opened my eyes to see Edward and Aisha's eyes widen. Well, one thing I was confident in myself was my vocals and I knew something like this was bound to happen.
"Your are fantastic, Lysha! We need you on the on the school band!" Aisha said.
"So I am in the club?" I asked enthusiastically.
"Of course!"
I smiled, "Thanks. I'll see you guys after school tomorrow!"
My main goal was accomplished!
