After being at the last order of the Goldinian Solar System and being exiled by other immortals for so long, Planet Silverian suddenly gains a new cosmic energy, the powerful dark energy. Flerix then uses this opportunity to take control of Metal Galaxy. However, the birth of Keira, a Crossbreed, stands in the way of his ambitions.

One by one, secrets about the universe and herself are revealed after Keira meets the Former Senior General of Palladina, Xyon, while trying to find the culprit who has messed up her personal life. She then encounters a woman from the Planet Blackerian and realizes that someone has been playing with time and space in the Metal Galaxy.
