David Abel did not heed Victoria Sheldon's objection, speaking in a calm tone, yet his attitude was extremely firm, "There are many procedures and relationships to run before the branch office is officially established. Serene, tidy up tonight, and go over with Deputy General Taylor first thing tomorrow morning. If there's anything you don't understand, just ask him. You're already twenty-eight, it's time you learn to stand on your own."
"But there's no need to go all the way to Qing City..."
Victoria Sheldon still disagreed, to which David Abel glanced at her and said, "If not Qing City, then go to Malgudi."
Victoria Sheldon: "You!"
Ignoring her, David Abel stood up and apologized to Madam Moreland and Old Master Moreland, then turned to Amelia Clarke, "Amelia, you don't mind me calling you that, do you?"
Amelia Clarke stood up, her face showing respect as she smiled slightly and shook her head, "Of course not."
