Qian Cangyi curled up, minimizing his body's surface area. Even though the chances of survival were still low, it was nevertheless slightly better than just lying on the ground and leaving everything to fate.


The Burning Jellyfish Light was getting closer. Qian Cangyi quietly observed these creatures he had never seen in any documentation before. He was utterly clueless about their existence and habits, or even whether they were actual living organisms.


A curtain of water appeared between Qian Cangyi and the Burning Jellyfish Light, separating the two.
