Chapter 158: Candle_1

"Maybe the light bulb is broken." The internet cafe manager offered uncertainly. Although he wasn't the owner, it was apparent problems like this fell within his jurisdiction. Given the late hour, no repair personnel would arrive immediately, so the manager replaced the light bulb himself-- yet it remained dark.

"Forget it, guys, let's log out--we can't game like this, feels like we're thieves." Of the three youths, the one sitting in the middle stood up and walked towards the bar counter, his two companions hesitating briefly before following him.

At this point, Qian Cangyi glanced at the designated chat group-- it seemed the other youths no longer sent any messages.

He stood up and went to the counter too.

After the three youths left, the internet café echoed only with the sound of keyboard and mouse clicks. It was clear not everyone came in groups. It wasn't safe to wander around late at night-- a fact evident from the scarce street lights.
