It wasn't until they returned to the heart of Tiger Peak Town that the four of them truly breathed a sigh of relief.

On their way down the mountain, they never let their guard down, as ghosts may not abide by human conventions.

As previously discussed, the foursome headed to the hotel where Jiang Li was staying, which was part of a hotel chain—the only one of its kind in all of Tiger Peak Town and now completely packed with people.

Jiang Li used her room card to open the door, her chosen room was on the third floor, not too high up; in case of danger, jumping out to escape was an option.

The four entered the room, and Jiang Li went to the TV, turned it on, then cranked up the volume with her phone's remote app. "To prevent eavesdropping," she told the other three.

"Make yourselves at home; this isn't a boudoir," Jiang Li said with a gesture to the chairs and the bed. "My name is Wan Yao, an avid fan of 'Fortunate,'" she began introducing her role in the "Horror Movie Set."
