Chapter 453 I'm Going to School

A high school in a small town, one where the college entrance rate is embarrassingly low to calculate and speak of, the teaching quality is as you would imagine.

It's not that the teachers are not dedicated, but a glance at the average age of the faculty tells the story. Within the entire high school, the majority are young teachers who have graduated only a few years ago, followed by elderly teachers whose years of teaching are nearly the same as the ages of these young teachers—with hardly any middle-aged teachers in between.

From this, it's evident that the school has not added any new teachers for quite some time, except for the influx of some young teachers in recent years.

The elderly teachers, though somewhat experienced, lack vitality and are deemed too old-fashioned by the students, making it difficult to blend in with the modern students. The young teachers have the energy and can get along with the students, but their teaching experience falls short.
