THE PROPOSAL

Anna visited her doctor. She trusted this doctor because she was their family doctor from Ghana.

The doctor made it clear to her that the DNA test she performed was pure and she did it under no influence.

Anna still couldn't believe Hazal is Andres' daughter.

Days later, Jeff became Anna's close friend. Even though Anna doesn't like it, she still does it to get what she wants.

She followed him to many places to have fun but none interested her. She was always quiet and help face expressionless.

Jeff found his heart spacing up for her. And tried to pour what's in his heart to her on one romantic dinner.

" Anna.., look into my eyes.."

He said, so damn happy to think of anything else.

" I really love you and you know that right..?."

Jeff knelt down and removed a small box from his pocket.

" Will you be my girlfriend..?"

Anna squeezed in between her brows in confusion. The killer of her sweetheart.. is he out of his mind?.

She stood up and walked away .

Jeff gripped her hand.

" Let go of me!.."

" Anna I'm sorry but don't leave, we haven't touched the food.."

Anna pulled her hand.

" You.. killer of my darling.. U think I've forgotten? Huh.. u think I can be so nice with you.. I'm just trying.... but it's over ... don't call me again.. "

She said and left .

Jeff stared at her back and groaned inwardly.

" Fuck!.. I messed up.."

Anna walked by the road side in a faster pace making sure no one is following her . She entered a mall to use the washroom where she came back in different outfit. 

A car stopped in front of her and she hopped in.

" How has it been going..? It's not easy distracting Jeff all these days.."

" Yeah I know Anna.. the news I have for you is massive.. we can't discuss it in the car.. "

" Did you get everything..? "

" 50 out of hundred.. "

" Do you know what.. let's go to my house.. it's safe there.. "

Alan continued.

Anna contacted him two days after she escaped from the hospital .

CODY MANSION.

( Alan's bedroom. )

The room was simple and beautiful. The black and gold paintings suits his lifestyle.

" Your room is nice.."

Anna praised, she couldn't stop staring at the cozy bed mounted on a few steps staircase. Everything in the room was black and gold. It was just beautiful.

" If u admit then.."

He said shrugging his shoulder.

He saw Anna staring at the bed for so long.

" If you want to feel the bed then I think I have no problem with that.. I can cuddle you in my arms too ... "

Alan said and Anna rolled her eyes at him.

" Well ... Let's get to business.."

Both sat down and Alan begun after searching in her eyes to see if she can take the bullet he's about to offer . Her eyes were dim too. He had no choice than to say it anyway.

" Erm... Anna.. your sister's plane was sabotaged... "

He paused to see her reaction. Anna felt the oxygen around so heavy to exhale. A dent formed at her throat as she suffocated to breathe.

Alan got scared and offered her water. Anna pushed it away.

" Who is the culprit... "
