Angel's bracelet is meant to be a safe word, he could press it and an alarm would ring out. I don't know why I included it. Angel is young, mind and heart [he is of legal age], with the way I wrote him, it seemed like he was mostly forced into this lifestyle. He likes it, obviously, he does, but things scar his sanity too. And he allows it.
I wanted to write something non-toxic first, but Angel wanted to be toxic to himself [I don't know how to explain it better]. He doesn't know how he is hurting himself, since he has no boundary for himself; where pain is pleasure and where pain is simply hurtful, and how much of it can he accept. He craves love, but what kind, he isn't sure himself, so he does whatever for Ray and Xavier to please them and calls it love.
Ray and Xavier are similar in nature, but unlike Xavier, Ray exploits Angel's need for love and he is fully aware of it. Xavier only cares to have Angel for his use. They love him as a thing. It's bad. Selfish. But not entitled. Angel allowed this to happen.
The things they do together are .. weird. The whole watersports part, I can't imagine it happening in real life. It's not safe nor healthy, and my wordings can't possibly resemble the experience in reality for any act, not just this. It's fiction, unreal. No college has empty places without cameras these days, not that I am advocating. The humbler was a ruse, I could have done without it, and there was a lot of caning for no reason. Also, Angel is very weak at holding his urine.
Despite all the awkwardness I am glad I went ahead with this project, it took an unnecessarily long time but I learned a lot about writing.
