Inside another Time-Space, Veldona, Xeno henryzx900, Xeno Funneh, and Alice can be seen traveling on a mountain passage.
They got reports that a Universe Fragment could be located here.
The Large Passage has 2 Mountains, Towering over them like walls of steel.
It is as if these mountains were positioned like this on purpose, maybe to make it easier for defending armies or travelers.
The Land between them is a snowy area in which the temperature can drop below 30F°.
Although any super cold temperature wouldn't exactly affect Xeno henryzx900 as just like normal henryzx900, they both have immunity to freezing due to both of them using the Ice Regalia.
Luckily for them, it's not that cold today and they can walk freely on the pass as most of the time the pass is frozen over with hard blue ice.
Xeno Funneh collects some snow off of the ground and throws a snowball at Xeno Henryx900.
Xeno henryzx900 dodged the snowball and made one of his own.
They both begin throwing snowballs at each other.
Veldona says
"I appreciate you two having fun but let's get back on task."
They both say
"Yes ma'am!"
Veldona is looking down at a map she had brought with her as the 3 follow along.
While walking Xeno henryzx900 asks where they're going.
Veldona says
"I don't know actually." "That's why you're here."
"But I do know that the place we are going will help me."
"It'll help me figure out why I'm so in love with Chang."
"We could probably find a Universe Fragment there too if we're lucky."
Xeno henryzx900 asks
"Who's Chang?"
Veldona responds with
"He's the boy I took along with me."
"I just wanted to use him for my gain but…"
"For some odd reason… Seeing him makes me happy."
"I'M SO HAPPY is what I always say to him."
"Unlike Rei who has Avory, Foxina who has Madrina, Lolibaba who has Mama… I have nobody… Nobody loves me."
Velonda drops to the ground and starts crying.
Xeno Henryzx900 and Funneh come to her aid.
Xeno Funneh says
"A-are you alright!"
Veldona makes a (fox noise) so loudly that snow starts to fall off of the Mountains.
Veldona says
"I WANTED SOMEBODY TO LOVE ME!"
"BUT I NEVER GOT THAT!"
"I WILL FORGE MY LOVE!"
"AND CHANG WILL BE THE IRON I SMELT."
Veldona then begins to laugh like a maniac.
Xeno henryzx900 and Xeno Funneh are extremely afraid of how Veldona is acting.
Even Alice, Somebody who's been with Veldona for years hasn't even seen her this far gone.
On Veldona's Body Black diamond-shaped spots begin to appear.
Xeno henryzx900 uses some type of KI Ability to suppress the spots.
Those spots can only start appearing when Veldona's Mental state is at its lowest.
Veldona stops in place for a second.
Xeno henryzx900 looks at Veldona and wonders what she could be thinking.
Veldona says
"Sorry, My bad." "Let's continue."
Xeno henryzx900 says
"Your explosion powers are controlled by your mental state?"
"If that's the case then we need you to be mentally stable for the rest of this journey."
Xeno Funneh then says
"Veldona, if there's anything you need don't be afraid to ask me!"
"I'm always listening!"
Veldona then says
"Thanks."
[An Hour later]
Xeno Funneh lets everyone know that she can detect a large population of life forms around 70 miles away.
Xeno henryzx900 responds to this with
"Well? How about we get over there."
"It could help you Veldona!"
Veldona says
"Alright then, Let's head over there."
All 4 of them rush towards the City.

Advanced communication systems facilitate instant connectivity, ensuring swift decision-making among the Cheetah rulers and the diverse population that calls this metropolis home.

When 4 walk into Fast-City they cannot believe their eyes.
Such a city could exist out here.
They begin to walk into the city taking in the atmosphere.
The squad sees all the buildings and the decorations and all of the cheetah-related things.
It's a pretty nice city compared to the ones on Earth.
Xeno Funneh says
"I wonder if this place allows for vacation!"
"We could go here Xeno henryzx900!"

"We could."
A PoliceCheetah in a blue uniform walks up to them.
She says
"Hello! My name is Ria!"
Ria informs all of them that they need to get a Fast past to explore the city.
Veldona says
"Ria, I am Veldona GodFoX. If you don't know my name, at least read my rank."
Veldona pulls out a specialized Card from out of her…. Oh…. You don't wanna know.
Veldona shows a gold-plated card with little fire emojis on it.
It shows her rank.

Ria says

Ria steps back even further and pulls out her phone to call the Higher Ups.

She calls them hoping to get information on what to do in this situation.
Before she can even tell the person on the phone what's going on, Another Cheetah rushes over.
A Woman in an all-black suit with a fedora comes.
Her name is Velo.
Velo takes the card from Ria and reads it herself.
Velo, Being more experienced than Ria, knows the standard procedure for handling "Special Guests."
Velo gives all 4 of them special access cards that allow them to explore the city as a normal citizen rather than a tourist.
Velo takes a gander at Xeno Henryzx900 and Xeno Funneh's outfits and realizes that they are Time Patrollers.
Velo asks
"What are you guys doing here?" "Is there something wrong?"
Xeno Funneh says
"No, Veldona said she needed to go here so we are escorting her."
Velo responds with
"Hm?" "What would a Superpower want with us?
Veldona says
"I need something… I do not know what though."
"But there is something else."
"We need to collect a universe fragment."
"And we believe that it is located in your city."
Velo offers to take the 4 to the "HQ" as there are people there who could probably help her.

Velo, Xeno henryzx900, Xeno Funneh, Veldona, and Alice walk into the Police headquarters.
Xeno Funneh marvels at the new technology that she's seeing.
Xeno henryzx900 looks at all of the recruits going through police training.
Veldona says
"Pretty capable police force isn't it."
Velo responds with
"We are 1# in the Beast multiverse."
"Now let's go to my office."
Velo tells all of them to enter a room off to the side.
Velo's office is near and clean with a lot of posters of some type of local superstar.
There's not much in the room as Velo has a different place inside the building if she just wants to chill out for a while.

Velo's Office is just your standard police office with a computer, a desk, and other standard office things.

There are 4 chairs in front of the desk and all 4 of them sit down.
Velo sits in her chair at the back of the desk.
Velo starts with some simple questions.
One of them is "What's happening outside of this Universe."
Veldona responds with
"A crisis event is happening and because of that I've lost my power."
Velo writes down what she said in a blue notepad.
Velo asks another question and it's "What do you want from us?"
Veldona responds with
"Technology, To be a bit more detailed I need a suit from you." "Like Ironman."
Velo asks
"Who's Ironman?"
Veldona realizes that she obviously wouldn't know who that is.
Veldona quickly grabs a random piece of paper and a pencil and draws a Concept design for a suit she needs.
Velo picks up the paper and looks at it.
The Head of the Technical Team walks in.
She's a Brown cat woman who is wearing a Brown Cloak.
The Cloak she is wearing allows her to keep cool… And to also protect her from Planet Eating monsters.
She seems to also be wearing goggles. Seems to be?
Velo introduces the new person as "THE SINGULARITY."
The Singularity says
"Veldona, Here's what I'ma make and I'ma give you some choices to modify it."
Veldona looks at the schematics and suggests that the suit be blue instead of red.
The Singularity writes that down on a notepad.
Veldona also suggests that The Singularity should use Nuclear Fusion to power the Suit as Veldona would benefit greatly from it.
The Singularity Teleports is away to start working on the suit.
Xeno henryzx900 walks out of the room and leaves the rest of them to "talk" about stuff.
Veldona asks
"Velo, Who's the person on that poster over there?"
Veldona is referring to one of the various posters.
Velo looks at the poster and smiles for a bit before then saying
"That's Cheetahman." "He's like a BIG Deal here."
Veldona asks
"Is he some type of Movie Star?"
Velo says
"No, No he's a Superhero." "He saved the lives of so many people from the Lions."
Veldona is now intrigued by who the Lions are.
Veldona asks
"Who are the Lions?"
Velo sighs and says
"Time for a History Lesson."
[HISTORY]
Long ago, Before I was even born there was once a race of People known as the Lions.
The Lions had control over the very land we are standing on today.
Us Cheetah people started pouring in not too long after that.
Both groups lived in peace and harmony.
But then one day a Third group came in.
The Werewolves.
The Werewolf people… They are.. a Bit "Aggressive."
Let's just say they are both the devil's advocate and the super toxic friend.
Long story short they caused a rift in friendship between the Lions and Cheetahs.
Tensions began to get worse as Cheetahman (the guy in the poster) Was accused of stealing from Lions and even killing them.
The wolves used this to their advantage and started a war inside of the Beast Multiverse.
None of the other Beast Universes were affected.
Only the main one(this one)
The Bear race merely spectated the war and didn't participate.
Long story short, war happened, we won and the lions and werewolves got driven off.

Veldona is intrigued by the history of the land.
Xeno Funneh is writing down everything Velo said.

Xeno henryzx900 can be seen in an oak forest.
It's your standard forest with Trees, Bushes, wildlife, etc.
But there's something "off" about this Forrest.
Xeno henryzx900 notices that there's a cave to the left of him.
Xeno henryzx900 (he has better hearing than regular henryzx900) can hear faint talking sounds coming from the cave.
Xeno henryzx900 walks slowly, Making sure to not make a single sound as he walks towards the cave.
He begins to step inside as he hears water droplets coming down from the cave roof.
Step by step sounds echo through the cave.
Xeno henryzx900 then hears a faint noise.
He turns around the corner.
To find.
An entire underground City.

Xeno henryzx900 has found the place where the Bear people live.
