The other Black Panthers surged forward, and Mateo swung his sword, injuring two or three of them in the process.

Iron weapons were unfamiliar to the Black Panthers, it was the first time they encountered such a formidable weapon. The wounded beasts clutched their chests, crying out in pain.

Even the Black Panther leader was taken aback, pointing at the iron sword in Mateo's hand with fear and astonishment. "What is that?"

"Get lost! If you don't leave, I'll kill all of you." Mateo raised his sword, approaching aggressively.

Terrified, the Black Panther leader quickly retreated a few steps.

"You! You wait, I'll find someone to deal with you!" The Black Panther leader, realizing he couldn't defeat Mateo, thought it was better to retreat. He signaled the beaten comrades, and they crawled away quickly.

By the time Clara arrived, Mateo was preparing to ride on his horse again.

"Mateo!" Clara shouted from a distance.
