Chapter 238: Colorful Feathers (Part 2)

The little cow had been led to the forest to graze. Clara went to check on it. The cow was very docile, glancing at Clara before lazily wagging its tail, showing slight restlessness.

Upon closer inspection, Clara noticed no signs of milk production. Suddenly, she realized she had forgotten an important factor: cows need certain conditions to produce milk. They must be bred and give birth before lactating. How could she forget such a basic detail?

The little cow was clearly of breeding age. Clara untied its rope and sighed softly. "Go find a mate! If you miss us and want to come back, you're welcome to return!"

Keeping a lone cow without companionship served no purpose. It was better to set it free.

As soon as the little cow saw Clara loosen the rope, it couldn't contain its excitement and quickly ran off. But it showed a bit of conscience by not running too far and even looked back.
