Chapter 16

The female doctor

At the first floor ,

John was about to go his room but he was pulled back by Austin.

John frowned and said

"What ?"

This guy was very abnormal! He can eat the food of a dead man who was killed brutally so John didn't want to have any contact with him but now he was stopped by this guys so he was alarmed.

Austin acted like he didn't want others to hear what he was about to say so he mysteriously said to John.

"I know what 'you' both talked !"

At first John was very confused so he asked again

"What do you mean ?"

Austin gave a smile and said in whisper

"I heard what you and Clara was talking in the hallway !"

John eyes widened and said angrily

"Don't you ever heard of privacy ?"

Austin pretend to be surprised and asked back

"What's privacy?"

John was speechless! He looked at the smug face of Austin and finally said

"Alright! So what's the big deal about it?"

Austin didn't say anything but took the stairs that leading to the second floor. After climbing few stairs , he looked back and said with a smile

".....and I saw too !"

After saying that he went away leaving the confused John .

A few seconds later , a person appeared on the first floor and John looked at that figure in complex emotions.

"You....."

That person just looked at John and entered inside a room while leaving behind a silent John who was clenching his fist tightly.

At the main door ,

Tim unlocked the door and soon two people wearing white dress appeared inside , carrying a stretcher . Behind them , was a women standing outside the hotel .

She was even smoking a cigarette !

Marcel and tim lead the ward boys to the location of the dead body ! While the tall officer looked at the person who was smoking cigarettes.

This person... he ft like he have seen her in somewhere ! So he looked at her face closely which made the female doctor frown .

The tall officer was looking at the women in curiosity!

She was wearing a white long doctor coat and a short dress underneath her coat . Her hairs were tied into a bum while with her long fingers she was holding the cigarette cooly .

Smoking out , the women looked at the tall officer and said

"Never seen a women in your life ,officer ?"

The tall officer replied back sharply

"But I didn't one smoking and that one a doctor too!"

The women looked ahead and didn't say anything else . The tall officer looked at her face one last time before saying in surprise

"It's really you ! Dr.Freya ?"

Freya looked again at the tall officer and said

"Oh you know about me ?"

The tall officer eyes narrowed and said

"Of course who doesn't know the famous celebrity like you Dr. Freya !"

Freya St Johnston!

The sole hier of a billionaire family and a women with passion for surgeon. At young age she participated in Miss universe contest and declined to be a model after winning the first prize there , she choose to be a surgeon at the Neuro hospital and became a chief of surgeon under thirty . She choose her passion that was to be a surgeon and soon she became famous for never failing in her Operations. She was rich , smart and beautiful so many people chased after her but no one succeed yet ! Some people even say she is very cold hearted and have a flawed character !

Freya was a legend in the charm City.

She threw the half smoked ciggerate on the ground and steeped on it lightly. She looked at the still dark covered clouds and said lightly

"And what's your name officer ?"

The tall officer said while looking at her red shoes

"I'm Liam , I just joined the department today!"

Freya looked at him for a moment and said with smile

"I see ! So you are a newbie ha ? I thought newbies are been led by a captain! Where is he ?"

At the same time , the ward boys came outside carrying the strecher with a body covered in white sheet ! Liam stepped back and gave them space .

He then pointed at the body and said calmly

"Here !"

Freya was smart so she immediately understood what's happening and said in surprise

"Even a captain was killed ? Oh my! it's seems your luck is very good to survive as newbie!"

Liam smiled and said

"My luck never failed me before ...."

Freya was surprised to hear that this guy admitted he was lucky ! No one would admit it openly not like she ever heard or saw someone accepting that they are lucky in front of a women .

"Liam ha ..."

Freya muttered his name and boarded the vehicle without saying anything else . Soon the cook body was also shifted into the vehicle and the ambulance left immediately.

Liam looked at the ambulance in silence for a moment before turning back to enter the hotel but he was met by two despised gaze .

Marcel and tim was looking at him strangely . They didn't knew what was going on but they could pick some chemistry between the female doctor and Liam.

Liam couldn't help but ask when he saw them looking at him strangely

"What ?"

They both looked at each other and said

"Nothing!"

Liam entered the hotel in hurry while both of them left behind by their own thoughts .

Marcel thought in his mind

His captain was killed yet he was flirting with the female doctor ! How abnormal

Tim replied like he understood Marcel inner inner words !

"Yes how strange!"

Marcel immediately looked at Tim and said fiercely

"I didn't even say anything! What are you even saying 'yes' for ? You going crazy or what ?"

Tim was puzzled and asked

"B-but ?"

Marcel kicked Tim and said loudly

"Get inside ! You are getting very lazy these days! "

Tim left in puzzling face , Marcel said while looking at the retreating figure

"Great ! Even this guy is very abnormal!"

He grumbled and entered inside .
