Chapter 18

Another death ???

First floor !

A door opened without making any sound and soon a figure went to another room . Before going inside the room , the figure checked the hallway carefully and slowly closed the door .

A person was sitting on the chair , facing backwards towards the person who entered the room now .

"We don't have much time ....."

The 'guest' who entered the room said calmly .

The person sitting on the chair didn't turn back instead said in hoarse voice

"Yes ....it seems we will be caught by that guy soon anyway ."

That guy was none other than Liam !

The 'guest' eyes flashed lightly and began to move towards the person sitting on the chair

"You are right ....but sadly only you will be caught by him. Not me !"

That person sitting in the chair didn't even have the time to react when that 'guest' person fed pills to that person mouth forcefully.

There was a violent struggle but the other party was very strong so finally after few minutes that person stopped struggling.

That 'guest' placed the bottles in that person's hand and steeped back while saying in low voice .

"You leave me no choice .....I still don't want to get caught yet !"

That 'guest' looked at the room once again and made sure there was no trace . Then left the room sneakily .

It seems that these two person are the killer ! And what shocking was there was two people in the murder not one !

Liam would have never guessed something shocking news ! But alas it was too late now ...

Second floor

6 : 50 AM

Knock !

Suddenly a knocking sound was heard from outside room no 11 . But there was no response from Austin so that person began to knock continuously.

Knock ! Knock ! Knock !

Austin who was still sleeping began to wake up with bad mood . He heard the knocking sound at first time only but he was lazy to wake up and see who it was but the other party didn't leave him at all , instead they began to knock on his door continuously which brought a headache to him .

'Who would disturb me at this time ?'

He stood up and beagan to head for the door , he opened the door and was ready to yell at that person but he was soon stopped when that person standing outside the door was thrusting a knife towards his throat .

"Oh sh*t ...."

The knife stabbed his body !

That person immediately closed the door so that no one would see what's happening inside .

It seems something big going to happen!

8 : 00 AM

At the reception desk ,

Marcel looked at the timings and said to Tim

"Are breakfast ready ?"

Tim nodded his head and said proudly

"Yes boss , it's ready !"

Marcel said while shaking his head

"Go send it everyone in their room and especially to that freaking officer !"

Tim stood up and began to head down to the kitchen , soon he brought set of dishes and went inside the lift .

Marcel began to get tired and sleepy so he slowly closed his eyes to take some sleep . But he was awaken by the sudden coughing of officer Liam.

"Cough "

Marcel eyes were red , he immediately stood up and asked sharply but his face filled with tiredness which made him look funny

"do you need something officer?"

Liam smiled and asked casually

"Oh nothing ! I just wanted to see what you were doing. But it seems you were sleeping mister Marcel , my bad ! I won't disturb you. You can sleep now !"

As he said he left there with calm face .

Marcel eyes were spitting fire from his eyes , he was really speechless about this guys little grudges .

He must be doing it on purpose!

Marcel felt like he was getting mocked for no reason ! He really wanted to puch someone on the face now .

Liam was obvious to the Marcel mood but he didn't care about it at all . He was also feeling helpless about his situation now .

He has already contacted in the station and someone must be on the way to take over the case now . The results of that murder weapon must be out now and David is already in custody so all I have to do is wait now for the result to arrive and everything will be over now .

It will be finally over ....

I can leave these cursed hotel soon !

He went to the hallway and sat on the old sofa . He really wanted to go home and take a good sleep but he knew he can't do that for now . Not until these case is wrapped up and he also has to give a detailed report since his captain was killed here .

They even have to deal with media s*it !

What a fking headache!

But one thing for sure is that , this case will be solved soon and he can finally leave . That's what comforting him now ....!

Leaving these godamm hotel .

"B-Boss..."

As Liam felt his mood getting better and better he heard a panic voice .

He immediately looked ahead only to see a panic faced Tim wobbling towards him .

"Please don't tell me something happened?"

Tim stopped infront of Liam and Marcel who had dark circles under his eye, appeared too in confusion.

He asked the panic faced Tim in bad feeling

"What happened? Why are you panicking?"

Liam grabbed Tim shirt and asked loudly

"What's happening! Tell me !"

Tim panted slightly and said with anxious voice

"T-the old lady ....she ...she is dead !"

Both Marcel and Liam were shocked and felt their vision get blacked out.

When everything was going alright another problem has came to their throats .

Marcel now really regretted getting a job here while Liam felt that he was too unlucky .

What's going on here ?

Am I that unlucky?

Bro if it's a dream please wake me up!

As they both were feeling shocked , they heard a scream from the first floor . Liam immediately woke up from his shock and rushed to the stairs .

After some seconds, Marcel cursed loudly and took the lift !

Behind him , Tim called

" Boss wait for me I'm coming too ! "

Soon they both took the lift to the second floor !
