Still Simple

Making poison, studying poison, and playing with poison is her hobby and fascination.
Saving people, killing people, and torturing people - those are considered her virtues and ethics.
Indeed, she is a doctor - a term that might be more appropriately shortened to... physician!
She has the medical code of ethics, yet lacks the empathy. Her patient care is purely dependent on her mood.

Mated at First Sight

"Do I really look that terrifying?" asked Mu Lin, appearing somewhat innocent as she looked at the several individuals in front of her, who were so scared they couldn't even express their thoughts.


She had heard the rumors about herself, and she hadn't bothered to refute them, as she knew perfectly well that she was not a good person. However, even she didn't believe she was as bad as the rumors suggested.


However, when the others heard Mu Lin's words, they interpreted them as her tacit admission of her identity.


"Are you... really the Poison Doctor?" This can't be true, can it?


Although Mu Lin was known for being eccentric, she wasn't someone who devalued human life. From the day they had gotten to know her, she had always been saving lives, hadn't she? The man from the Li family they encountered that day being the only exception.


"It's just a title." Mu Lin said with a light laugh. To her, it was really just some boring title.
