Still Simple

Making poison, studying poison, and playing with poison is her hobby and fascination.
Saving people, killing people, and torturing people - those are considered her virtues and ethics.

Mated at First Sight

The second day, the morning sun was slightly warm.


Before leaving, Mu Lin had a long conversation with Elder Zhou. Elder Zhou mentioned that he and Mei Qingyuan were at the hospital, and they seemed to have an important patient to attend to.


Mu Lin was a bit curious. Just how important was this patient that it warranted both Elder Zhou and Elder Mei's personal attention? The patient must be some big shot.


"Miss Mu." Mu Lin had just gotten out of the car when a call from Zhou Jiansheng came in.


"Elder Zhou." Mu Lin sounded a bit regretful.


"Have you arrived, Miss Mu?" Zhou Jiansheng asked.


"I just arrived at the Main Gate." Mu Lin replied.


"Then come directly to my office." Zhou Jiansheng's voice sounded a bit different over the phone. Not asking more, Mu Lin nodded, "Alright."


After finishing the call, she walked towards the Director's office.
