"Suit yourself!" Nan Sichen replied nonchalantly and then hung up the phone.
Qin Yin's eyes widened in surprise, "What do you need Li Zijia for this time?"
"A check-up."
"For me? But I'm not sick," Qin Yin said, blinking her large eyes.
"You don't want to eat."
"But I've heard that pregnant women are like that."
Nan Sichen stopped talking and continued to order off the menu, picking more than a dozen dishes before sitting down to wait for the delivery.
Li Zijia tidied up a bit and rested for three minutes; however, upon recalling Nan Sichen's indifferent 'suit yourself,' he still changed his clothes, packed some simple medical instruments, and drove over.
He was genuinely exhausted. Although he wasn't the one performing the surgery, merely observing, he still felt drained.
As soon as Li Zijia arrived in Nan Sichen's office, he slumped into a seat and grumpily announced, "I'm here."
Qin Yin blinked at him, "Didn't you say you weren't coming?"
