"Alright, you should eat too," Long Aixi said.
Xia Dabao of course wanted to eat, as she was almost starving.
The boat began to move, it seemed like it was about to set off, and the people on the boat gradually quieted down. After all, they had found their spots, and some who were used to boats began to close their eyes to rest. While eating an egg, Xia Dabao asked Long Aixi, "Did you come here by boat as well?"
"I've traveled by horse-drawn carriage and by boat," Long Aixi said, then asked her, "Is this your first time on a boat?"
"This kind of boat is a first for me, although my father used to operate a boat, I've never actually ridden on one," Xia Dabao said, "After my father came to Peach Blossom Village, he never operated boats again. I've only been on bamboo rafts."
"Your father used to operate boats?" Long Aixi asked in surprise.
"Of course, my mother told me. Didn't you know? Didn't your parents ever tell you about my father's past?" Xia Dabao was equally surprised.
