CHAPTER THIRTY FOUR

"Are you sure of what you're saying?" Natasha asked Cassie. The three of them were seated in their class, as usual, having their discussion.

"Of course bae, I know what I'm saying. Madi messaged me last night and told me she's ready to join in our plan for Ivy's downfall" Cassie explained casually, and then went back to operating her phone.

Her blonde long hair fell to her back, and she styled it in a special way, giving her this queen bee look.

Her skin was glowing, and she was looking so expensive. She was putting on a gold wristwatch.

Her sparkling white uniform which she let the first two buttons open, showing off her pink inner. And her skirt, it was really so short. Showing off her fresh laps, and long legs.

One could say that Cassie was perfectly created, she had this beautiful Chinese look. She gat the height, color, skin, so many things that a guy would want in a lady.

But the reason Castillo does not find her attractive, is what she could not tell. He doesn't wanna have anything really deep to do with her, he didn't find her interesting, and this baffled Cassie a lot.

She couldn't understand. I mean she's all in all, every man's dream.

Castillo himself couldn't even tell the reason he don't wanted to have something serious with her, he's always rejecting her.

His parents were matchmaking them, and she's not that bad after all. She's his kind of lady, an example his species in ladies. But he could not just tell why he don't wanted her around.

Normally, he doesn't believe in all this relationship and commitment stuff, and he's not a womanizer either. He has only had sex with Cassie either once or twice, and that was because she forced him to.

He just likes being on his own, the opposite sex doesn't really attract him that much.

Not that he's never gonna get into a relationship one day, but just that he's not ready at all. When he's ready for stuffs like this, he'll know. But Cassie just wouldn't understand, she was busy parading herself as Castillo's girlfriend.

Castillo is well aware of the title she gave herself. He knew about all she usually says and does, not that he doesn't know. But he just let her be, that isn't his fucking business anyway.

He has told her severally not to let their parents little talks get into her head, especially his mom's. But she wouldn't listen, she keeps claiming that she loves him, and she believes they'll become a thing one day.

Castillo just let her be, coz she wasn't really far from the truth anyway. Cassie is the only female he could tolerate, they were all annoying to him. But he could put up with Cassie, and that made her feel so special.

But surprisingly, now he seems to be able to tolerate this Ivy girl more. He don't just know why, she seems fun to be with.

She is annoying, and sometimes she might be daring and outspoken. But all that put together, just gives him more funny reasons to be around her.

Females were all annoying to him, but he found Ivy's own funny and interesting. And so, he didn't really care that much about Cassie, he was even tired of seeing her around.

He really loves and enjoys looking for Ivy's trouble, he found it so amusing. But he just totally pretends, and puts on a blank expression when he is around her.

Back then, he was thinking maybe things might work out between him and Cassie. But now, he has seen it big time, that it's not gonna happen at all.

He just wants to be Castillo, and not committed to any human.

**************************************************

Cassie and Alvin were classmates, so Alvin literally sees her everyday.

As she sat on that chair with her friends beside her, she was feeling on top of the world. Cos really, no one dared her, it was believed by all that she was Castillo's girlfriend.

Everyone avoided her coz they don't want trouble, and Cassie was a bag of it. They call her a peacock, and people were not seen with her that much. It was just always Anabella or Natasha around her.

Some girls worshiped her, and wished they could be in Anabella and Natasha's shoe. While some other girls hated her with passion, and just wished they could slap her hard across the face.

The way she acts, even her face, she behaves as if everything and everyone around irritates her. Being known as Castillo's girlfriend, was a great achievement to her.

She just sat there in her seat, with her girls by her side. Waiting for Madison to come as promised.

It was break period, and Ivy had planned on returning Castillo's textbooks to him that day. The test is over, and so she really needs to return it. They were just too heavy for her to carry about.

And again, she promised Alvin that she was gonna return it today, just so he could forgive her, coz that was what he instructed. She was so prepared to return the textbooks, but she couldn't stop thinking of how she's gonna do it.

Castillo did not call her for anything today, and that means he's surely not gonna be in the library anymore. Their studying is over now.

But unfortunately, that was the only place she could meet with him, she didn't have the mind to meet him another place. She prefers there, coz it's always quiet and empty.

And she wouldn't dare going to their meeting point to see him, definitely not after what happened yesterday.

Maybe that was the reason he didn't call her today, seems he's gotten so much questioning from people and so he decided to let her be.

But if really he has quit pestering her, it is supposed to be a good news right? So why isn't she feeling happy about it? She suddenly misses him and his troubles.

"No Ivy, you must be stupid to think like that. You should be happy" she blurted out, trying to deceive her own self into thinking she's happy and relieve. When she's clearly not.

After much thinking, she decided to try out the library. After all, there's no harm in trying.

Madison came to school that day, but as usual she kept a long face. But Ivy did not even bother to ask her about it, coz she know Madi would ignore her.

Okay! This is quite unlike Madi, she seems really serious about the enmity stuff.

That aside, she's really thankful for that fact that she haven't come across Leo today. She's not just ready for his questions and answers section.

She gently picked up the books, and headed straight for the library.

The eyes peering at her were just too much, and she hated it so much. Honestly, she felt like some sort of celebrity or something.

This is what Castillo has caused, and she hopes he's seeing all this too.

People would not stop looking at her, and talking about her, even in her presence. This is frustrating, so frustrating!

Soon she got to the third floor, where the library was.

She walked with the books in her hand, and gently opened the door of the library. And as expected, it was empty. He wasn't there, there was no one there.

Oh gosh! How could she have been even thinking he would be here?

She sighed tiredly, and dropped the books on the table.

"Now how I'm I gonna give these books back?" she muttered, her shoulders slumping down in disappointment.

She sighed sadly, and slowly went to take her seat in one of the chairs when she suddenly heard something.

"Are you stalking me tiny?" The person grunted.

That was Castillo's voice! And on hearing that, her eyes lit up.

📒Episode 35

"Are you stalking me tiny?" Came Castillo's voice, as he walked fully into the library. He was coming from that fancy corner, which he always stayed.

Hearing his voice, her eyes lit up in excitement. She was feeling so happy when she heard his voice.

Deep down, she knew that it wasn't just because of the textbooks. She was feeling somewhat happy to see him.

Slowly, she turned back to see him in his complete uniform. He was looking responsible in his dark blue trouser, and sparkling white shirt. He was also on his blue tie and blue suit, looking amazingly handsome. He had a diamond wristwatch on his wrist, pure diamond.

Is it her, or he's just beginning to get more handsome by the day?

"You're staring" Castillo huffed.

And that was when Ivy blinked, and quickly looked away. She did not realize it since.

"Staring at what?" She quickly adjusted herself, and pretend to be harsh.

"I ask again tiny, are you stalking me?" He asked, with his both hands stuck into his trouser pocket. Albert was at his back, standing straight like a log of wood.

"First of all, I am not tiny, and secondly I am not stalking you. Why on earth would I do that?" She huffed.

"I don't know, maybe the same reason you've been staring at me" he shrugged.

"Hmm..you wish!" Ivy mumbled.

"What did you just say?" He arched a brow.

"Nothing" she mumbled quickly.

"So may I know what you're doing here?" He asked, moving close to her.

"I don't understand. The last time I checked, the library was for everyone. Or do you own the library too?" Ivy questioned.

"Really?" He huffed, and Ivy just simply nodded in response.

"You know, you really got some nerves talking to me like that" Castillo said icily, counting his words, and moving close to her in the process.

"Uh oh! What have I done this time, I would have controlled my tongue" she scolded herself in her head.

And then, she also began moving back gently. Any step Castillo took towards her, she took it backwards.

Castillo saw this, but he didn't even care. He kept coming, and she kept moving backward.

This went on and on until Ivy's back finally hit the wall, and then she knew she was doomed, coz she had nowhere else to run to.

Castillo kept moving until he was now very close to her. He brought out his hands from his pocket, and raised it in the air.

Then Ivy shut her eyes tightly, expecting the worse. But to her own surprise, he brought his hand down and it landed one the wall, close to her shoulders, just little beside her face.

He used the hand in pinning her, in such a way that she couldn't even move. And now they were in a compromising position, so close to each other.

But Castillo didn't seem to care, as he would not stop staring into her face. The way she shut her eyes tightly was really amusing him, and he just wished she could continue that way. But it wasn't for long.

Gently and slowly, when Ivy couldn't feel him hit her face, or any part of her body, she opened her eyes to find him staring directly at her. Huh? What is he doing now?

"What is it, what now? You can't talk no more" Castillo huffed.

"Wh.....at, what...do..do you mean?" Ivy stuttered.

"So you're now stammering?" He chuckled.

"Huh?"

"I'm here now, say it to me. Your sharp voice ever since, blurt it out to me" he teased softly.

"I wasn't talking to you" she said lowly, trying to free herself from him. But there was no way.

"You mentioned that the library was open to all, and therefore you have no reason coming here right?" Castillo questioned icily, still in that position with her. But Ivy could not answer the question, she remained silent.

"You don't wanna talk. But I think that's a lie" he chuckled....."I know you came here for a purpose, so let it all out tiny" he added the last part in a mockery tone.

"I'm not that small, stop mocking me" she said lowly, and Castillo was forced to release a chuckle.

"Huh! Say that again" he said in a really soft tone. This was after he stopped laughing, and he was now watching her intensely.

"Huh!" Ivy blinked.

"Yeah, go on" he winked at her.

And it was then Ivy couldn't take it anymore. She exacted force and pushed the hand which he used in pinning her down, and then ran out of his caging.

"I came to the library to give you back your textbooks. They are on the table, you can pick them up from there. Bye!" She rushed her words, and quickly ran out of the library.

Castillo watched her as she ran off, and he couldn't help but smile. This girl could be really funny at times.

She ran off so quickly. He had wanted to ask her what she thought about the trending buzz online.

But maybe she was just too innocent, or she really didn't like him at all to maintain such position with him. So she ran off, she quickly ran away.

He looked around calmly, with his hands tucked into his pockets again. And then he sighed when his eyes landed on his textbooks lying on the table.

His main reason of coming here was to see Ivy. He personally did not wanted to call her, coz of the issue trending online, but he just wanted to see her at the same time.

And so he came up here, hoping that she would also come around to check out one or two things.

He has been there for over an hour now. He was almost even giving up, and bringing up the idea of leaving when she suddenly showed up with his textbooks.

He was somehow happy to see her, but he just had to pretend. It's just a pity she had to leave this quick, and it was because of him.

He's so sure she was uncomfortable with that position.

He shouldn't have held her that way, he kinda scared her. Maybe she would have been here with him if he didn't do that, he suddenly misses her.

Since she has come and gone, he no longer have any business here, he better leave.

He slowly licked his lips, exhaled deeply, and started walking away. While Albert trailed behind with the textbooks in his hands. He had picked them up and followed Castillo.
