Chapter 79

I opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was a white ceiling above me.

I blinked trying to adapt the light and my surroundings I was In a hospital.

I groaned a little as I tried to move my hand but felt something heavy on my hand. I looked down on my hand..Edison was holding my hand tightly while his head was on the bed and his lower part was on chair sleeping peacefully.

I smiled looking at his sleeping figure but my smiled faded when I noticed the dry tear stains on his cheek.

I slowly tried to pull my hand but his grip tighten on my hand so I sat up on the bed trying not to move my hand.

He was sleeping peacefully..I slowly raised my hand and caresses his head running my hand throw his hairs.

He flinched and immediately opened his eyes. He looked at me and immediately sat up on the chair.

He didn't even say anything and hugged me as tightly as possible like I will slip away.

I hugged him back and rubbed his back.
