amidst the lies we've told. the plans we've flung. the whispers hummed of what we've done, lies the whole of our shame and glory.
somewhere, dear reader, our skins are laid bare. the deep knowledge of us splayed before old wisdoms and new senses, to be governed by every primeval thing.
each of us incapable of divorcing our role
in order.
incapable of seeing our whole
in order.
inescapably bound to the sway
of order.
the only tale the singing stars unnumbered have sung
of Kings
of Love
of Dominance
of Honour
somewhere in the time-twisted present
buried deep within the void-touched past
seats the truth of us, dear reader.
