Survivor

"Can you tell me the name of my savior?" Carol asked Elsa, who was driving her home. The young attorney got her a change of clothes and let her shower before offering a ride to Prince County.

"I can't reveal the identity of my client," Elsa replied bluntly. She eyed Carol from the corner of her eyes. Elsa had developed malice in her heart for the young Atelier.

'Stupid girl,' she thought. 'What does Victor see in her? A pretty face and a good body? I expected he'd forget about his ex-wife after their divorce, but the man is still in love! Carol keeps getting into trouble while Victor drops everything and comes running to rescue her.'

'Victor doesn't even reveal his identity! His ex-wife doesn't deserve a man of his standing. I, Elsa Madison, am a better choice as a partner! I'd offer him my mind, body, soul, and everything! Victor can use me day and night without rest, and I'd be willing to let him do as he pleased!'
